  I really like this place overall but yesterday I went here and the service seemed to decline a bit... I ordered a love it and the ice cream wasn't filled to the top of the cup. The manager at the cash register literally had to give me another love it of the same order to make up for it. If it weren't for the manager or the good fudge truffle ice cream, this review could be a lot more disastrous.

  love the hand mixed ice cream, we just wish this location followed the example set for us in Virginia where they used to sing when they got a tip and would take unopened packaged candy that you brought in to mix in your ice cream.

  Ice cream is good as all others. One of the worst customer service experiences my family has ever had. First my son ordered mint ice cream, he is 7 by the way, and wanted sprinkles. The woman just threw a handful over the counter in his cup making a mess on the counter. Then my wife's I cream was melted and all over her cup. So we had to wipe it down. Just horrible.
