  The man working the counter was super nice as it was our first time visiting, and was very welcoming. Created a very home like experience in the store which was great. Unfortunately the cupcakes me and my wife got were not matched with the personality. Very stale, and not fresh. They seemed like they had been sitting out for a few days. Bad first experience and will likely not be back which is unfortunate because of the great service. Definite improvement needed on storage of cupcakes and freshness keeping tactics!

  It was a joy working with Heather. She designed exactly the wedding cake we wanted! She was very easy to communicate with in regards to the cake, very orderly, and sent reminders and follow-ups in regards to the cake design and how we would like it presented. She offered many benefits to the product that others do not. She is very creative as well. My husband and I LOVE our cake design and taste. When we had a concern in regards to how sweet the cake would be, she addressed it immediately and presented what she could realistically do to overcome this yet remain tasteful. She also bought cake decorations if needed and did not charge us any more than what the price of toe decorations. She even used coupons to help us save! I am very impressed in regards to the services I received from Simply cupcakes and would recommend them to anyone else in the future.

  Our parents live in Warner Robins and this has become my number one place for gifts. The gourmet cupcakes are awesome and the folks that work there are very honest and friendly. Great job!
